It is now possible to drop a folder icon on the Condensr canvas, and get a hierarchical view of all of its subordinate folders and their shortcuts to other folders. By default the items are colored by their last change date.

The black structure in the two o’clock region are the external folders linked to by the shortcuts or symlinks, and the links themselves are shown in light grey.

For some other import formats (Freemind, OPML, Zettelkasten, iMapping, and Sitemap), there is also a new tree view option available — although tree structures are not the typical benefit of this tool.

On this occasion, the Make Tree and Centrality Coloring features were moved from the Extended (Java only) version to the Basic version which is available in all download formats.
